In Her Name, For Their Future
The Maram Saffarini Legacy Fund for a Gaza Orphan
Maram Saffarini — 7 February 1991 – 3 December 2025
Maram Saffarini was a Palestinian Jordanian who breathed Palestine and deeply loved her city, Amman. She was a devoted mother of two young daughters, yet always a child at heart, warm, joyful, and full of life.
She believed that giving was a source of happiness, and nothing touched her heart more than children, especially the orphaned children of Gaza, whose suffering stayed with her.

Maram loved her birthdays, small joys, and moments that brought smiles to children. Making others happy made her happy.

Maram often spoke of her dream to sponsor an orphan in Gaza and to help as much as she could. The reality of Gaza’s orphans broke her heart.
She passed away on December 3, 2025, following a sudden and aggressive brain cancer diagnosis. Her family fulfilled her wish by sponsoring an orphan in Gaza in her name.
On the occasion of Maram’s birthday, her family and friends aim to raise $20,000 to sponsor one 8-year-old orphan in Gaza through Taawon’s NOOR Gaza Orphan Care Program, until the child reaches adulthood.
If we exceed this goal, the impact will only grow for Gaza, for Maram’s legacy, and for everyone who gives.

This is not just a donation.
It is a birthday gift of care.
A future protected.
A dream completed.
Donate in her name. For a child in Gaza.
